CSF BMW S58 "Level-Up" Charge Air Cooler Manifold - Custom Finish

CSF built the S58 "Level-Up" manifold with the same PWR partnership behind its Formula 1 and WRC cooling programs, using a custom bar-and-plate charge-air-cooler core with roughly 24% more volume than the factory core. Precision TIG-welded billet aluminum construction replaces the OEM's plastic tanks, and independent dyno testing showed lower intake air temperatures alongside less pressure drop compared to stock. The manifold is a true plug-and-play install with no vehicle modification, and includes OEM-style wiring and hose mounting provisions, integrated port injection with fuel rail, nitrous/methanol bungs, a sensor pad for extra parameters, and a recessed section for easy oil filter access.
