CSF BMW Gen 1 B58 Charge Air Cooler Manifold - Custom Finish

CSF adapted its proven Gen 2 B58 "Super Manifold" design to fit the earlier F-Chassis Gen 1 B58 platform, bringing the same motorsports-grade Bar/Plate charge-air-cooler core with double the water-cooling rows of the OEM core and a noticeably lower pressure drop. The 100% TIG-welded billet aluminum construction replaces the factory plastic manifold, which is prone to cracking at the crimped core-to-tank joint under higher boost. It ships with a top-feed port injection fuel rail, individual nitrous/methanol ports per cylinder, a sensor/vacuum pad, and a recessed, airflow-optimized design for easy oil filter access, plus a full hardware kit for a true plug-and-play install with no vehicle modification.
