CSF 2nd Gen Raptor & 13th/14th Gen F-150 Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiator

The 13th/14th Gen F-150 and 2nd Gen Raptor introduced EcoBoost turbo power, and the factory radiator that came with it has proven undersized once owners start towing hard, off-roading, or running bigger turbos and tires. CSF's replacement steps up to a 2-row, 42mm aluminum core with its B-Tube cooling technology for roughly 15-25% better heat transfer than standard oval welded tubes, giving it about 60% more core volume than the factory unit. Where the factory radiator uses plastic end tanks crimped onto the core, CSF's is 100% TIG-welded aluminum with core straps for extra rigidity, a meaningful upgrade in strength and reliability. A modular design with two included barb fittings lets one radiator cover the different coolant overflow/expansion tank setups used across these trucks, and it drops in in under an hour with no modifications. Pairs well with CSF's #8102 transmission oil cooler for a complete cooling upgrade.
