CSF 1st Gen Raptor & 12th Gen F-150 Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiator

The factory radiator on the 12th Gen F-150 and 1st Gen Raptor handles daily driving and light towing fine, but starts to fall behind once trucks are pushed into heavy hauling, off-roading, or bigger tires and modifications. CSF's replacement uses a larger 2-row, 42mm aluminum core with its B-Tube cooling technology, increasing heat transfer roughly 15% over standard oval welded tubes, along with 30-90% more core volume than the factory radiator. Unlike the factory design's plastic end tanks crimped to the core, CSF's radiator is 100% TIG-welded aluminum with core straps for added rigidity, giving it a real edge in strength and long-term reliability. It includes modular fittings to match either factory lower radiator connection and both coolant overflow/reservoir configurations, and installs as a true drop-in fit with no modifications. Pairs well with CSF's #8101 transmission oil cooler for a complete cooling upgrade.
