Ours is the only complete bolt on kit available. Unlike other kits out there, there is no cutting, grinding or welding. Just remove the original shift lever/fork and forward rod and bolt in the FDM SSK. Why replace the forward rod cup/ball with heim joints? The original 964/993 forward rod utilizes a cup and ball joint that are a press fit. As the years go on, the factory cup/ball joint gets loose and sloppy, causing less precise shift feel. When the cup fails, it will leave you stranded on the road.
